Your policy documentation includes a European Accident Report Form (Parte Europeo de Accidente). This form should be completed and signed by all parties involved at the time of the incident wherever possible. If this cannot be done immediately, it should be completed as soon as possible afterwards and submitted to your insurer within seven days.
